She has an extensive knowledge of fundraising best practices; a wealth of experience developing, implementing and evaluating patron data-based business processes; and excels at nurturing cross-departmental teams with a goal of working together towards a cohesive patron experience. She also has the uncommon ability to translate English into Tech and vice-versa.
JAMIE O'BRIEN has 20+ years of experience in marketing, copywriting, patron segmentation and database integrity, automated communications, and platform implementation and oversight. Currently at New 42, she ensures that program managers and product owners effectively connect with external and internal stakeholders, with digital infrastructure and resources that are well-organized, well-communicated, and practical. Jamie has certifications in Project Management, Data Analysis, and Non-Profit Executive Leadership, and has led the NYC Tessitura Community Group since 2013.
