Founded by Anubha Doshi, Artsphere has, in the last four years since its inception, turned into an exciting multi utility arts venue that fosters participation, engagement with performing arts and offers therapeutic and spiritual initiation through artistic activities. Located in the heart of Kalyaninagar, Artsphere offers a wide range of creative and curative activities for people of all ages. A few of the forms that Artsphere has are- Dance (Indian and Western forms), Arts, Fitness, Health, Special needs care, martial arts, music, theatre, pre and post natal care, therapy and counselling. Starting from the baby in the womb till a person at the age of even 90, we have a wide variety of activities to offer. Artsphere is the pioneer of Dance Movement Therapy in Pune. Driven by a team of professional therapists and psychologists, Artsphere offers dance and art based therapies thereby bringing about a significant amount of positive difference in an individual's life, building self esteem, motivation, leadership skills, growth, self expression and satisfaction to name a few, mainly through stress release, relaxation and by letting go of inhibitions and mental as well as physical restrictions. We also offer specialized, tailored programmes of Dance Movement Therapy and Art Based Therapies to corporates, colleges, schools, NGOs, rotaries and lots more. We work on specific areas such as stress release, enhanced work productivity, team building and personal as well as professional well-being.
