Soulsphere Pune

Soulsphere is the brain child of Psychologist and Art based Therapist, Anubha Doshi and Psychologist and Movement Practitioner, Karishma Harlalka. Soulsphere is a mental health services provider and wellness centre offering therapy, counselling, mindfulness-based counselling, psycho-dynamic and client-centered therapy as well as Expressive Arts Therapies. As a part of its training, Soulsphere conducts a Foundation Course in the Therapeutic Value of Art as well as the PG Diploma in Dance Movement Therapy. Soulsphere aims at spreading the knowledge and understanding of these Expressive Arts Therapies and building a team of well-trained facilitators in India every year.
