Arvin was incorporated in 2002 and is a privately owned limited company registered in England & Wales. The business commenced trading in the Summer of 2003, initially carrying out freelance Station Management assignments.
Arvin Aviation is centrally based at Birmingham Airport (BHX/EGBB). We are an independent and service-driven aviation support company, offering a range of cost-effective support services to airlines, handling agents, airports, travel companies and aviation brokers.
Our services range from Baggage Tracing, Baggage Delivery, Aviation Outsourcing, Aviation Consultancy (see below) and in 2022 we will offer our first product direct to the public - our new Airport Concierge Service www.vip-fly.com.
The owner of the company also specialises in Station Management and Ground Operations as well as Ad-hoc Charter Sales & ACMI leasing both on a contractual basis for Airlines. He has successfully been part of a team who started a unique VIP and leasing airline in the UK in 2010 and remained as Head of Commercial for a number of years, flying HM Queen, Premiership Football Teams and a host of Music Stars and Groups on European Tours, driving 10's of millions in revenue from charters and leasing activities for the airline.
Our Baggage Facilities team have been tracing bags since 2004 and delivering bags since 2008. We are the only company in the UK who trace, locate, recover, customs clear and deliver baggage from the second a passenger reports it missing to when we reunite with them at their chosen address. We are also the only company in the UK that has total traceability and accountability for delayed baggage during the whole tracing and delivery process. We also offer airlines assistance in the secondary tracing areas where delayed or lost baggage has not been located within the first 5 days of it being reported missing.
