à santé is a new craft beer brand based in Turkey.
Just like most craft breweries around the world, our ambition is to create excellent beers with the highest quality ingredients and rich flavors.
Our brewery is located in Adana. Beer is more than 90% water and Adana has great water quality, which is the foundation of making great beers.
We select our malts and hops with utmost care. Our malts are directly sourced by our team from great European malt houses such as Viking and Sekado. Our hops come from Yakima Valley Hops. We strive to learn about the characteristics of our ingredients in depth and try to convey them into our beer recipes.
We chose “à santé” for the name of our brewery. It loosely means “to health!” or “cheers!” in French.
There are so many known beer styles in the world that Turkish beer drinkers don’t have access to today. At the beginning, we primarily want to expand our beer portfolio with known gems such as brown ale, hazy pale ale, saisons. (That being said, all our recipes are proprieatary and our own). Eventually, we plan to experiment with crazier recipes in the future.
