Ascend Pathways was created to address a vital need for a more holistic approach to helping young people in recovery find their professional footing, establish financial independence, and set a course for lifelong learning and growth. We identify and harness client strengths; provide access to best-in-class services and learning platforms for career development; and channel those resources to help clients build the skills to find and sustain a fulfilling professional life. Motivated by our own experiences, we set out to fill the void with an evidence-based program designed to support people in recovery with expertise and empathy. Our team intimately understands the challenges our clients have overcome to secure their recovery from substance use. Most important, we honor the fortitude that the path of recovery demands and believe this is a desirable qualification for employment.
