Using transformational coaching methodologies and techniques, Jannine and Richard partner with their clients to co-create purposeful lives with fulfilling intimate, interpersonal, and professional relationships. We utilize ontological coaching to support clients in achieving milestones and goals while simultaneously sharing reflections and asking provocative questions that support lifelong transformational change. Coaching in this way offers clients a release from self-limiting behaviors and beliefs. With her uncanny ability to help people feel seen, heard, and accepted, Jannine is an anchor for her clients while they explore the parts of themselves needed to access their creativity, their resourcefulness, and their innate worth. Having coached countless individuals over more than a decade in hospitality management, Jannine’s coaching style is as much fun as it is transformative and empowering. Richard is committed to personal development, men’s work, and relational healing. After ten years of CBT talk therapy, four years of narrative and EFT couples therapy, and two and a half years of group therapy for male-identifying individuals, Richard has learned it is possible for one to live with an anxious attachment style while also loving the parts of themselves that seek affection, commitment, and peace; this empowers Richard to support his clients in alchemizing their relational pain, loneliness, and fear into resilience, connection, and power. Richard’s coaching style is perceptively inquisitive, empathetic, and driven — but, don’t be surprised if you find yourself laughing, too.
