With my strong aptitude for analytical and strategic thinking I support clients in successfully developing, communicating and delivering vision, strategy and change - particularly in the digital and data aspects of public safety, justice and operations. Extensive experience of delivering organisational transformation underpinned by the introduction and implementation of new technologies over many years ideally places me to support others to drive change and value. Having a deep expertise in risk and compliance, particularly in relation to data, technology and security enables me to support others to successfully deliver in highly operational environments with critical service delivery demands, whilst balancing risks and compliance. Operating within many varied governance models I am highly experienced in operating successfully in complex stakeholder environments where direct levers are few and success is achieved through strong influencing skills and the effective use of data and outcomes as a base for rationale and decisions - this is a particular asset in my coaching services to senior executive leaders.
