The Avionics & Systems Integration Group, LLC performs integration engineering, FAA certification & program management, installation kit assembly and installations of communications, navigation, situational awareness and air traffic management (CNS/ATM) and in-flight entertainment (IFE) equipment for aircraft & other air vehicles. Additionally, ASIG performs research and development of emerging technologies in support of aircraft operations, maintenance, modification and repair for civil, commercial, government and foreign flight departments. These capabilities allow ASIG to fulfill our mission of safely increasing airframe values and maximizing the in-service life cycles of aircraft, while lessening the overall cost of ownership and operation for our customers. ASIG’s vision is to be a partner of increasing value to our customers by fulfilling their aircraft & systems modifications, fleet service and planning needs, whether those needs be regulatory, safety, business or convenience driven, through thoughtful fleet analysis and planning and integrated product team leadership. ASIG is also the IP technology holder and consortium lead for the flyTab XFB (eXtreme Flight Bag) and an Apple iOS aerospace integration leader. flyTab is 100% end-user configurable and is thoughtfully designed to bring the app economy to aviation, airline and defense enterprises. flyTab can be configured as an Electronic Flight Bag (EFB), Maintenance tool and/or Mission Management Terminal; and, can support enhanced situational awareness through augmented reality, IoT connectivity and data convergence.
