Aspire Intermediary Services (AIS) are an outstanding provider of Court Intermediary services across England and Wales. Hello, and welcome to our LinkedIn pages. AIS is part of the wider Aspire family of services, founded by Mark Sloman in 2010. We are delighted and honoured to have been awarded a HMCTS contract as a Managed and Approved Service Provider (MASP) of Court Intermediary services and offer a national service. AIS provides Intermediary services for criminal, family and tribunal cases. We are building our service and expanding the number of Intermediaries who can assist children, young people and vulnerable adults with a range of complex needs. AIS specialise in working with children and adults who experience severe mental illness, have learning disabilities and learning difficulties. We have expert Intermediaries with specialist knowledge in autism spectrum disorders (ASD), attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHA) and other neurodevelopmental conditions. We are communication and language specialists, and provide robust Intermediary assessments and assist Courts at all stages in respect of specials measures to promote effective participation for the most vulnerable members of our society involved in legal processes. We are always interested in innovation and collaboration, being the best that we can be and promoting the essential role that Intermediaries have in ensuring fair access to justice.
