Assured Transport

We aim to provide our clients, who often present behaviour that can be challenging, a secure and comfortable environment whilst maintaining the highest standards of care and safety when traveling in one of our vehicles. We recognise that secure transport can often be a stressful and worrying time for the young person, so it is crucial that they are supported throughout. Our staff engage in mentoring and support from the moment of collection until the journey has been completed. Our experienced staff are trained to a high standard in de-escalation and physical intervention techniques. We as a company do not endorse the use of caged vehicles or any form of mechanical/soft restraints. We believe that communication, and a non-judgemental approach, is key to establishing trust and building relationships. Physical intervention is and must always be the last resort.
