Nurtured Care Services is a hybrid service that provides a solution to the gaps within the health and social care sector that are severely overlooked and undervalued in the common approach to providing care within the community. Nurtured Care Services is comprised 3 distinct parts that fulfil these needs. A 360-degree agency that provides registered nurse and support worker staffing solutions across all aspects of health and social care. These include adult care requirements, mental health provisions, paediatric care and beyond. We look to provide coverage that is tailored to the needs of the client and establish a relationship which is based on consistent quality and efficient delivery. Nurtured Care Services has an extensive range of respite services that include a Respite Home for those adults with disabilities, providing care from a team of clinically trained carers who are on hand 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Furthermore, we provide support workers into the community providing an interval for parents and mentoring children over the age of 5 to enhance both the lives of parent and child. This is implemented through the stability of matching a support worker to a family and amplified by creating a robust connection with regular delivery from their designated worker. Finally, Nurtured Care Services provides support to those who look to go away from home whether it be for family holidays or business trips. Our highly skilled team of carers and support workers are on hand throughout your planned trip for all your healthcare requirements and specific members of our team can be requested for regular trips away.
