We present you with a design proposal including a clearly defined brief, translated into floor plans, sections, 3Ds, and suggested materials, together with indicative costs and timelines. 3. We fine-tune ideas, further developing them into a design you love. Formal drawings get issued for tender, then to the council, and finally, for construction.
