About Advanced Substrate Technologies - AST A/S

AST was officially established in 2014 by Svend Hoff, who has been the leading concept developer for the "waste to resource to food" circular system since 2008. AST is dedicated to developing the "new substrate" concept since 2008 and has achieved proof of concept for this Phase 2 project from Horizon 2020 SME Instrument Phase 1. Their proprietary concept is filed for patent application. The company is currently focusing on the MUBIC project to validate the AST plants via full-scale demonstration, and plan for commercial exploitation after the end of this Phase 2 project.
