Broadcom Inc., a global leader in infrastructure technology with over 60 years of innovation and engineering excellence, is also supporting the development of this world-class manufacturing facility in Singapore.
The facility will be the first in Singapore to manufacture high-end FC-BGA substrates used in bleeding edge semiconductor products such as network switches and artificial intelligence (AI) or machine learning (ML) devices.
AST's factory will implement state-of-the-art factory automation to produce substrates of the highest quality and yield.
