Everyday we buy directly in the sales of several fisherman’s markets in the Cantabrian coast with the aim of selling to our customers the best fish at the best price.
We are committed to the highest standards of quality, food safety and sustainability, counting for years with the IFS and MSC certifications.
In addition, we are experts in pelagic species filleting and we adapt our different presentations to customer requirements
