ATD Cascadia Chapter

Since 1947, the Cascadia Chapter of the Association for Talent Development (ATD) has been supporting talent development professionals in Oregon and SW Washington. We take pride in providing cutting edge programs and services to support those in our field, whether they are new or seasoned professionals. As one of the largest ATD chapters in the nation, our members make ATD-Cascadia the place for talent development professionals to learn, connect, and develop. Our members are professionals who help others achieve their full potential by improving their knowledge, skills, and abilities in the workplace. They go by many titles: talent development managers, trainers, instructional designers, elearning designers, performance consultants, frontline managers, workplace learning professionals, and more. Our members work in organizations of all sizes and in all industry sectors. The association was previously known as the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD).
