AURA measures stress levels along a continuum ranging between 'thriving' and 'burnout crisis' by asking people to rate themselves on indicators of stress across mental, emotional, physical and behavioural dimensions Recognising that the onus is not just one the individual, AURA also measures 16 workplace factors that contribute to stress to identify priorities for attention and foster healthier conditions. Individuals receive a confidential personal report providing insight into their stress level and risk of burnout whilst helping them pinpoint warning signs to address. Aggregated, anonymised data reporting enables managers and teams to have practical discussions around common patterns and develop focused action plans for improvement.
