Aura Equity is a family-owned multifamily real estate investment firm dedicated to helping passive investors grow wealth and achieve financial freedom. We co-invest in multifamily properties that generate cash flow, appreciate in value, and offer significant tax advantages. Specializing in syndicated deals, we pool capital with our investors to acquire, enhance, and sell multifamily assets, typically holding them for 3-5 years. Since 2020, we’ve built a portfolio of 20 properties with over 4,500 units across Texas and three other states. Our managing partners bring additional expertise, with investments in more than 60 other multifamily assets since 2015.
