Aurum Resources Ltd (ASX: AUE) is an ASX-listed gold exploration company focused on its Boundiali and Napié Gold Projects in Côte d’Ivoire, West Africa. Group resources total nearly 3.3 million ounces of gold.
Boundiali is within the same greenstone belt as the large Syama (11.5Moz) and Sissingué (1.0 Moz) gold mines to the north, Tongon (5.0Moz) to the northeast and Montage Gold’s 4.5Moz Koné project to the south. It has a current JORC 2012 Mineral Resource Estimate of 2.41Moz gold (August 2025) and Aurum is on track to complete 100,000m of drilling at Boundiali in 2025, with a second MRE update expected by year end.
Aurum acquired the Napié Gold Project through its takeover of Mako Gold (ASX: MKG). Napié is in north central Côte d’Ivoire in the same belt as the 3.4Moz Abujar Gold Mine and has a JORC 2012 Mineral Resource Estimate of 0.87Moz based on the Tchanga and Gogbala deposits. Drilling is underway at Napié, with plans to complete 30,000m in 2025 to further build its resource.
Aurum also holds 100% of the Korhogo Project in Côte d’Ivoire, an early-stage manganese discovery.
