With more than 56,000 members from over 132 nations, the American Society of Heating, Refrigerating, and Air-Conditioning Engineers (ASHRAE) is a diverse organization representing building system design and industrial processes professionals around the world. ASHRAE impacts your life more than you may know. We are the grassroots volunteer organization that shapes our industry with handbooks, standards, guidelines, personal certifications, continuing education, research, professional development, networking and community engagement. Together we impact our built environment which reaches nearly every person. Our active chapter of over 350 professionals meets monthly from August to May, typically on the 3rd Thursday each month. Location and time may change month to month, but each time we focus on technical topics with guest speakers and provide Professional Development Hours (PDHs) to maintain your professional credentialing. We meet frequently outside of chapter meetings for a variety of professional, community, technical and social events.
