Auto Extract Systems Ltd (AES) are the UK’s leading extraction company and specialise in the design and installation of process fume extraction systems.
We have over 50 years combined experience in the fume extraction market and operate nationwide from our head offices based in Greater Manchester.
We specialise in providing bespoke system solutions to meet individual customers specific needs.
We have extensive experience in the collection, removal and filtration of air-bourne particulates and vapours including welding and brazing fumes, vehicle exhaust fumes, industrial dusts and hydrocarbon solvent fume.
Systems available range from simple mobile units providing basic fume collection and removal to fully intelligent process filtration to H19 air standards accommodating air flows in excess of 80,000m3/hr.
We operate an in-house computer aided design and drawing facility ranging from simple schematic layouts to complex garage and workshop installation drawings.
We work closely with our customers to ensure all requirements are met with initial design options formulated at the customer’s premises which are then refined and fully specified by our design team in Leigh. From your initial enquiry to project sign-off we offer a fully integrated design and installation service, including on-site visits, allocation of project responsibility to a specific design engineer.
Work is carried out to the highest possible standards of workmanship by our own installation teams and fully complies with all current Health and Safety regulations and COSHH requirements.
