The complexity includes the product/system itself, risks associated with new development, managing costs, and the organizational complexity needed to support end-to-end development. Leading and managing rapid development efficiently is beyond the abilities of many teams without expert support.
Our team's product development leadership experience averages a couple decades in many industries including communication equipment, industrial machinery, medical devices, transportation, consumer products, computers, test & measurement and others. Because of the need for agility in product development, we developed the Modified Agile for Hardware Development (MAHD) framework, and we leverage MAHD elements as a key part of our support approach.
