AVAL AGROECOLOGY LTD is a Ugandan Social enterprise that was founded in 2021 to create a sustainable living for fruit and vegetable farmers in Uganda in this we fight the problem of post-harvest food loss and underutilization of farm produce by incorporating Value additional strategies like improved solar drying systems within the value chain for fruit and vegetable farmers, to produce naturally preserved nutritious fruits and vegetables ready to eat, easy to transport with an improved shelf life, this will be accompanied by producing fiber from the pineapple leaves, this can be used to make packaging materials to replace plastic packaging circulation in the production cycle and also to replace synthetic human hair extension fiber circulation in the environment We make sales through exporting, online selling platforms and selling our products to customers through partnering with different selling centers like supermarkets. Currently, we are at the growth stage and are looking for financial support to scale up the business by buying driers and other equipment this will help us implement the enterprise goals of setting up a central processing unit.
