Avari Group is a family owned business which is currently being operated by Mr. Byram D Avari (Chairman) and his sons, Dinshaw and Xerxes. Hotel Management is the core business of Avari Group which besides maintaining the existing fleet of hotels, is actively pursuing opportunities for owning and/or managing 3- and 4-star properties elsewhere in Pakistan. Avari Group owns and operates five, four- and three-star properties in Pakistan and manages two hotels in Dubai. The history of the company dates back to 1944 with the opening of the Bristol Hotel in Karachi, followed by: - Beach Luxury Hotel Karachi (1948) - Avari Hotel Lahore (1978) - Avari Towers Karachi (1985) - Avari Dubai Hotel (1995) - Avari Barsha Suites (2008) as well as Avari Xpress Hotel and Residences.
