We’re a youth-led mental wellness initiative creating a soft, reflective space for teens to understand their emotions, thoughts, and identity - without judgment. In a world where teens are constantly overwhelmed, misunderstood, or expected to “have it all together,” Awarehood offers something different: 🧠 Gentle journaling prompts 💭 Emotional check-ins and reflections 📓 Honest, shame-free conversations 🎈 Tools to help teens know, feel, and grow at their own pace We're not here to give advice or tell you who to be, we're here to help you meet yourself with compassion and curiosity.
