Based in rural NSW, we work with youth in schools and all aged individuals in small and large organisations. At Platform & Co, our purpose lies in helping people. Through our innovative approach, we strive to inspire and empower individuals to embrace an active lifestyle and move adequately through all stages of life. Collaborating with schools, we support physical and emotional growth in line with educational standards and school needs. Specifically focusing on student outcomes we develop engaging programs to increase participation and promote active movement. Working closely with organisations we achieve greater impact through a whole-group approach, changing the gears together. Our goal is to enhance comfort and efficiency while reducing the likelihood of work-related injuries, ultimately fostering a healthier and more productive workforce. We believe in the transformative power of education and are committed to fostering open communication and genuine connections within our community. We design our services to create an impact on all individuals we work with, inspiring greater health and influencing positive change based on research and real-life experiences. We aim to promote overall well-being and support physical and emotional growth. Age and gender are no limit, our clientele can be anyone, anywhere, anytime.
