My approach to treatment is to empower patients to see that healing is possible. You don't have to suffer alone. I am an advocate for personalized care, so I created a subscription service so that mental health is more affordable. If you prefer mostly telehealth appointments or being in-person, there is an option that can fit your needs. I'm an out-of-network provider, because your insurance company shouldn't dictate your care.
