ABOUT US:
In 2018, a group of us formed a Facebook peer-to-peer group to give each other support with the experience of hearing voices. To date, we have over 1K members actively holding discussions, posting tools and inspiration. Our aim is to raise awareness about voices, visions or alternate realities.
We do not give medical or psychological advice, but rather, we actively listen, show care for each other, and provide a range of tools/coping skills we have used to manage distressing, confusing or difficult voices. We follow the model of the International Hearing Voices Movement and our admins and moderators are trained peers and not professionals.
