Axcel Group have built up a significant presence within the UK property markets, across Residential and Hotel sectors. Over the last 20 years, we have invested carefully, ensuring that we have not over-leveraged investments. This has allowed us to build up equity in the business. From our platform in Residential properties, Axcel has acquired, developed and managed over 19 properties in the UK. We were well placed to develop a commercial portfolio of Hotels. Recent development includes, Hampton by Hilton London Croydon and Edinburgh Mercure Haymarket. Upcoming projects – Manchester, Cable Street and Edinburgh, Torphichen Street, estimated completion time May 2017. We now have a total of 230 rooms in trading and further approval of 319 rooms and employ over 100 staff across our current hotel portfolio. The next few years will prove to be some of the most exciting in our history.
