Team AyurSangrah is located in the foothills of Himalayas, among the farming community where the produce is researched and first source i.e. from the grower, ensuring the least nutritional degradation possible. We diligently work with the local small and marginal farmers by imparting the knowledge and resources to skillup and help them prosper. Team Ayurveda works with local small and marginal farmers to handpick the produce, followed by sorting in small batches to ensure the quality produce while passing the feedback to the farming community. Our years long knowledge base has been build on the rich heritage of Ayurveda, be it plantation, processing and packaging. With processing techniques are solely inspired by the Ayurveda, be it conventional drying, or sub drying for maximising the nutritional value and ensuring the longevity of the produce being processed. Our well researched and customized modern day packaging will help leverage the best quality produce being delivered to the end consumer.
