State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan

Azərbaycan Dövlət Turizm Agentliyi Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 20 aprel 2018-ci il tarixli “Mədəniyyət və turizm sahəsində dövlət idarəçiliyinin təkmilləşdirilməsi ilə bağlı bəzi tədbirlər haqqında Sərəncam”ına əsasən Azərbaycan Respublikası Mədəniyyət və Turizm Nazirliyinin əsasında yaradılıb. Azərbaycan Respublikası Prezidentinin 2018-ci il 21 sentyabr tarixli Fərmanı ilə təsdiq edilmiş Azərbaycan Respublikasının Dövlət Turizm Agentliyi haqqında Əsasnaməyə uyğun olaraq Azərbaycan Respublikasının Dövlət Turizm Agentliyi turizm sahəsində, habelə tabeliyindəki dövlət qoruqlarının ərazilərində yerləşən tarix və mədəniyyət abidələrinin qorunması sahəsində dövlət siyasətini və tənzimləməsini həyata keçirən mərkəzi icra hakimiyyəti orqanıdır. The State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan was established pursuant to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, "On Certain Measures Related to the Improvement of State Management in the Field of Culture and Tourism", dated April 20, 2018. In accordance with the Statue on the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan approved by the Decree of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan dated September 21, 2018, the State Tourism Agency of the Republic of Azerbaijan is a central executive authority that implements state policy and regulation in the field of tourism, as well as the protection of historical and cultural monuments located in the territories of state reserves under its jurisdiction.
