The Arizona Industry Liaison Group (AZilg), established in 1975 as the Arizona Affirmative Action Association (QuadA), is a non-profit professional association dedicated to helping employers comply with employment-related statutory, regulatory and contractual obligations. Our focus includes equal employment opportunity (EEO) under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, federal contractor compliance under Section 503 of the Rehabilitation Act (29 U.S.C. 793), and the Vietnam Era Veterans’ Readjustment Assistance Act (VEVRAA, 38 U.S.C. 4212).
