Azure Minerals

Azure Minerals (Azure) is at the forefront of Australia’s lithium transformation, advancing the world-class Andover Lithium Project (Project) in the West Pilbara region of Western Australia. The Project is owned 60% by Azure and 40% by Croydon Gold Pty Ltd (a member of the Creasy Group). Since discovery in 2023, Azure has been executing an accelerated growth strategy, including extensive exploration, resource delineation, and development studies, fast-tracking the Andover Project toward production, with the goal of becoming a key supplier of lithium to the global clean energy market. Azure is a wholly owned subsidiary of SH Mining Pty Ltd, a company jointly owned by Sociedad Química y Minera de Chile S.A. (through its subsidiary SQM Australia Pty Ltd) and Hancock Prospecting Pty Ltd (through its subsidiary Hanrine Future Metals Pty Ltd).
