B-ABLE Foundation

B-ABLE Foundation is a section 8 not-for-profit entity established in 2020 in New Delhi and is committed to empowering marginalized women and youth by promoting sustainable livelihood through skill development, capacity building, knowledge transfer, and incubating micro-entrepreneurship models. We have successfully implemented multiple livelihood promotion and skill-building programs across 21 states in the nation in various sectors, such as healthcare, agriculture, construction, retail, etc., skilling and upskilling about 4.33 lakh beneficiaries. B-ABLE Foundation is an entity of Basix-Academy for Building Lifelong Employability Limited (B-ABLE Ltd.), a subsidiary of BASIX Social Enterprise Group, and it is registered with 12A, 80G, and CSR 1. Our journey began with a deeply rooted concern for the unemployment gap, specifically among rurban youth and lower socio-economic women. We leverage decades of experience and expertise to create sustainable livelihood opportunities by providing job-readiness-relevant skills that will provide meaningful employability solutions and fulfill the demand for a skilled workforce in the industry. B-ABLE Foundation is setting out on a transformative journey towards a better tomorrow with abundant opportunities and accessibility to skilled infrastructure. We are evolving as an organization, delivering innovative, sustainable, and meaningful employment solutions with the vision to bring a prosperous rurban economy.
