"Building a Community through Beer"
BcB brews for our community. We have a 25 gallon pilot system to try out new recipes, then a 2-barrel and 7-barrel system to brew the good stuff. With 14 fermentation tanks, diversification is the name of the game. We will feature up to 24 different beers on tap, either served from behind the bar or from our self-serve beer wall. BcB listens to our customers and we brew to serve you!
Not sure which beer you want to order? No problem!
B.C. Brewery features a self-serve tap wall, allowing you to pay for what you pour. You can sample just an ounce or two of a beer, and if you like it, top it off! If you want to try something different, wash out your glass and try another. Get a “Community Card” when you start your tab, and start pouring!
