B3 Properties, LLC is a limited liability corporation specializing in real estate development, rentals and management. Our holdings include rental properties as well as subdivision developments. Turning Dreams into Homes. We offer remodeling, subcontracting, new home construction, and rental properties. We currently own and manage over 55 rental properties, and are beginning phase 1 development of Keys new home subdivision, a 12 ACRE parcel that will be subdivided into .5 ac lots with 24 homes ranging in square feet from 1750 to 2450. A model home will be available soon.
