Back on Track Physiotherapy is a health and wellness company based in the Southern Riverina of NSW Australia. We have our primary clinics in Albury, Corowa and Howlong, and visit towns across the entire murrumbidgee region Our multi-disciplinary team work together across a multitude of settings, to assist clients to live "life, without limits".
Our team works hard to support rural and regional Australians to access high quality health services. We work with Community Members, Local Government Areas, Local Health Districts, and Primary Health Networks to improve the health and wellbeing of communites within the Murrumbidgee region.
We are grateful NSW Health Award Peak Award winners (2016) for innovation in service delviery, along with Murrumbidgee Primary Health Network Promoting Healthy Living (Vitality Program) 2020.
