Vicare Support Services provides both specialised support coordination and social work to individuals living with disabilities, complex health conditions, and complex needs. We work alongside participants of both the NDIS and iCare schemes, offering practical and person-centred assistance that helps people navigate systems, access the right supports, and pursue their personal goals.
Our team works with individuals who are NDIA-managed, plan-managed, or self-managed, ensuring flexibility in how services are delivered. Our support coordination services focus on helping participants make sense of their plans, identify appropriate providers, and gradually build the confidence and capacity to manage their supports independently. Additionally, our social work services address broader challenges such as housing instability, mental health concerns, crises, and systemic barriers.
We support people living with psychosocial and physical disabilities, acquired brain injuries, and a range of complex life situations.
