BADIR-Biotech focuses on Biotechnology and supports emerging businesses in this field BADIR-Biotech has been established by King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) as the national biotechnology incubator. Its mission is to stimulate economic growth and Saudi employment in the Kingdom, through entrepreneurship, enterprise development and technology commercialisation with a focus on the biotechnology sector. BADIR-Biotech fosters the development of Saudi Arabian new start businesses with growth potential by delivering tailor-made assistance, specific to the business and entrepreneurs’ development needs. BADIR-Biotech achieves its mission through the provision of mentoring, networking, training, business development services, physical and technology infrastructure, including serviced and equipped laboratories, and brokering access to finance for approved clients.
