Bainbridge Island Rowing is a 501(c)(3) organization working to build a multi-generational Kitsap County rowing community from our base at the Stan Pocock Legacy Rowing Center in historic Eagle Harbor.
Our USRowing-affiliated organization is dedicated to making those benefits available to all the 250,000+ West Sound residents through the region’s first permanent rowing center.
We are proud participants in the USRowing SafeSport initiative, aimed at eliminating any forms of sexual misconduct, emotional misconduct, physical misconduct, bullying, harassment and hazing in our sport.
BIR’s membership range in age from 14 to 84, and cover all levels of rowing proficiency. In short, we are a diverse bunch united by our love of rowing and the rowing community.
