Bake academy ( stablished on 2017) is Bakesanat training subsidiary designed operated and equipped with the most up-to-date facilities and equipment in the food industry . Bake academy is created by understanding the essential necessity for training arising from decades of continuous working experience of bakesanat in food sector and implementation of hundreds of projects in bakery, pastry and Horeca segments. Bake Academy’s 1st separated part is the specialized training center of the bread, sweet, chocolate, ice cream and coffee shop and the 2nd one is dedicated to the specialized cooking courses (Culinary Line). These standard spaces are designed without any compromise prepared for food training lovers. Bake academy mission is to provide the highest training quality level in bakery, pastry , chocolate , gelato , hot and cold beverages and culinary lines to those who love to enter these sectors or whoever already working in these business and want to enrich their theorical and practical knowledges. Bake academy covers a wide range of courses including offline classes and even international courses with confederation of tourism and hospitality ( CTH) partnership.
