Balanced Approach

Balanced Approach was set up to deliver a balanced approach to mind and body. Developing people and organisations is much more than just learning new stuff and implimenting new systems such as Lean. It is about applying the knowledge and skills to the core. A great metaphor for what I am talking about is 'it is the sea we swim in' as we are generally so immersed in the day to day or future planning that we can forget to be aware of the message we are communicating. Staff go off sick, motivation can be low or misdirected which leads to all the energy not being applied in the most useful direction. Balanced Approach is about developing our greatest resourse - the people NLP is a leading field of comunication and personal development and is used as widely as coaching one-to-one, sales training and team leaders to organisational change and leadership. I often refer to it as Lean Mind Management as it is key to developing a cleaner and leaner way of thinking.
