Ball State University College of Fine Arts

Ball State University’s College of Fine Arts consists of high-quality, competitive, academic programs that are nationally recognized and accredited by National Association of Schools of Art and Design, National Association of Music, National Association of Theatre, and National Association of Dance. The David Owsley Museum of Art, with over 11,000 works in its collection spanning millenia and continents, is accredited by the American Association of Museums. Students learn from a dedicated faculty and a variety of guest artists to gain awareness, appreciation, and expertise in the arts. In addition, the College of Fine Arts promotes education, engagement, and entertainment for students, the university community, and the public. Students and faculty members act as advocates for the arts in a variety of ways, ranging from education and performance to exhibition and consultation.
