Primary target(s) are established companies in a historically under-appreciated niche industry, but with substantial growth prospects through application of commercial best practices, additional capital infusion and a refreshed strategic vision. Focus industries include: - Home Services (e.g., roofing, pest control, home restoration) - Content/Experience (e.g., professional sports, music administration, youth tournaments/competitions) - Niche Manufacturing (e.g., fasteners, pumps, seals)
