BAMC Finance Plc. has been changed name from TACA Microfinance Plc., which has established as a Public Limited Company (PLC), holing Certificate of Incorporation No. MOC-20937940 ពណ.ចបព from Ministry of Commerce with Company Number: 00008347 as Commercial Registered on 29 July, 2014. The institution received License To Conduct Microfinance Business under the name of [BAMC Finance Plc.] from the National Bank of Cambodia No. M.F-45 on 23 August, 2019. The Principal Activity of the Company is to provide sustainable micro-finance services to small and medium enterprises, and low-income families in the Kingdom of Cambodia. There have been no significant changes in the nature of these activities during the financial year. The Business Activity is expanding its financial services to Capital City, Provinces, and Districts to make it easier for customers who need loans to support Families’ Economics, Businesses’ Survivals, Personal Investments, and Short-Term Emergencies in the Kingdom of Cambodia.
