The Bapuna Group is a family-owned business house headquartered in Nagpur, Maharashtra. It has diverse concerns spread primarily between Nagpur and Gwalior with prominent supply chains in Western & Central India. With extensive holdings in the Alco-Beverage business, the group is considered amongst the finest distillers and bottlers in India. Bapuna Alcobrew, incorporated in 1987, is the flagship company of the group. In the early 2000s, the group inducted into its business portfolio, central India’s iconic ice cream brand, Dinshaw’s Dairy Foods, as well as Forms International and Forms Lifestyle, a furniture and lifestyle company.
