Hinganghat Integrated Textile Park (HITP) is an ambitious and prestigious project of Rs.328 crores spread over 32 acres of Land in Wani (village), Hinganghat (taluka), Wardha (district). Would provide employment directly and indirectly to 1500 employees.It is centrally located with good connectivity to National Highway No.7 (3 Kms), Hinganghat Railway (5 kms) and Dr.Baba Saheb Ambedkar International Airport (69 kms). It is a PPP project under Scheme for Integrated Textile Park a Central Government sponsored scheme under Ministry of Textile and Make in India, Make in Maharashtra scheme.
Under this scheme only 61 parks are being sanctioned throughout the nation out of these Hinganghat Integrated Textile Park is one. Hinganghat is situated at the heart of cotton belt producing area of our country. Hence it would provide a good source of raw material to its emerging textile companies.
