The coaches at BASE Training provide personalised coaching and nutrition programs to improve the long term health and fitness of our clients.
Many of our clients come to us bored of their ineffective cycle of traditional gym memberships and 'diets'. They are often challenged with high stress levels, back pain from sitting in an office, tiredness and sometimes injury.
Our clients' success is achieved through regular, consistent, long-term, one-to-one, individualised and structured movement and nutrition programs. We constantly monitor progress through regular testing and recording of results, including blood tests. All our clients' results are driven by data evidence.
