Bashundhara Industrial Complex Ltd was established in the year 2000 as part of cement manufacturing activities of the Bashundhara Group and manufactured partialamount of King Brand Cement. Bashundhara Industrial Complex Ltd is the second independent cement manufacturing unit of the Bashundhara Group.
Our Cement Sector started the journey from a vision of "Sustainable Development of Bangladesh" by contributing to the enlargement of cement industry. Bashundhara Cement is dedicated to ensure maximum production capacity by proper and best utilization of the resources. We have introduced the Vertical Roller Mill (VRM) that enables the production to be the highest in Bangladesh. The whole process is environment friendly as it allows less impact on environment reducing energy consumption and carbon emission.
At present Bashundhara Cement is the largest cement manufacturer in Bangladesh with a production capacity of 5.05 million MT per year. Production capacity of Bashundhara Industrial Complex Limited (Unit:01) Madanganj, Narayanganj is 8000 MT/day (160,000 bags), 2.4 million MT/year and Bashundhara Industrial Complex Limited (Unit:02) Mongla, Bagerhat is 8840 MT/day (176,800 bags), 2.65 million MT/year.
